About Us

Our Company was incorporated under the title Evren Securities Investment Trust Inc. on October 19, 1994, through registration and announcement in Istanbul. Established to engage in the purposes and activities set forth in the regulations of the Capital Markets Board regarding securities investment trusts, the Company exited its status as a securities investment trust on June 9, 2011 and was transformed into a venture capital investment trust, changing its title to “Egeli & Co Agricultural Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc.”

Pursuant to the approval of the Capital Markets Board dated June 13, 2025, all 5,262 (A) group privileged shares with a nominal value of TRY 5,262 held by Egeli & Co Impact Investments PLC in the Company’s share capital were acquired by Enes Perçin on July 9, 2025. Subsequently, at the General Assembly meeting held on November 7, 2025, the Company’s title was changed to “Anka Investment Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc.”

With over 30 years of experience in the capital markets, our Company continues its operations with a strong management team.
