Doğa Tarım was incorporated on September 21, 2010, and registered with the Denizli Trade Registry Office. Anka Venture Capital Investment Trust acquired 90.05% of Doğa Tarım’s shares in June 2012 and the remaining 9.95% in July 2013, and currently holds full ownership of the company.
Doğa Tarım, which operates in cattle breeding and milk production, aims to produce healthy and efficient milk by utilizing modern technology and infrastructure along with imported high-yield livestock.

Deba Atık was incorporated on June 24, 2014, and registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office. It is an environmentally friendly technology company that generates energy from poultry waste through its 15 MW capacity biomass facility located in Sakarya. With its recycling-focused structure, the company efficiently converts waste into energy, contributing to environmental sustainability while supporting the circular economy model.
